The live services are all back online, but development services for the Digital Mortgage do have issues:
The url https://bgtest.landregistry.gov.uk/api/deeds is currently down as some network/infrastructure changes took place and seems to have unfortunately knocked out this service. This is being resolved by our networks team right now and we're hoping to have an ETA on it's availability soon.
